Influenced by Britpop music and mod fashion, Pleasure Pill features frontman Jonah Paz (JINX!), his brother Ethan Paz (rhythm guitar) and friends Luke Blake (lead guitar), Ivan Delgado (bass) and Dom Friedly (drums). Jonah and Ethan's father, Oscar Paz, has played in bands over the years, including Kill Holiday in the 1990s and Hingada in the early 2020s.
Pleasure Pill released their single "Not Giving Up" in summer 2023, followed by “Wonder How.” Early 2024 saw the release of a single and video for "I'd Rather Be."
