Based in Oceanside, psychedelic speed rock group Pharlee features guitarist Justin Figueroa (Harsh Toke, Arctic) and drummer Zack Oakley (who has played guitar with Joy, Volcano, and Space Nature), along with Macarena Rivera (the Budrows), Dylan Donavan (Sacri Monti), and Garret Lekas (Operation Mindblow).
They released their debut single "Burn" in May 2018, followed by a self-titled full-length in May 2019.
Zack Oakley’s debut solo album Badlands dropped September 2021 via his own Kommune Records label, preceded by singles for “Fever” and “Acid Rain,” as well as a cover of Alice Cooper’s “Long Way to Go.”
